Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This Policy explains information handling across the BanZhuan.AI websites and related authentication, credits, research and trading features that display or link to it. Wallet addresses can identify or be linked to people; wallet-based access is not anonymous.

1. Information you provide

We process wallet and account identifiers, authentication signatures and challenges, session tokens, credentials and credit records. We also process strategies, instructions, conversations, research, backtests and support correspondence. Access applications may include name, email, organization and language. Without required authentication information, protected features cannot be provided.

2. Trading information and keys

Trading features process wallet, account, contract and pool identifiers, authorizations, risk limits, positions, orders, transactions, withdrawals and results. Connecting a personal wallet does not require its private key or recovery phrase. Where a platform-managed trading account is used, the platform generates and holds trading keys and exchange credentials, encrypting sensitive key material for authorized operations. These keys are separate from your personal wallet's keys. Neither encryption nor contract controls eliminate compromise or loss risks.

Automated trading uses your instructions, constraints, account state and market data to select trades that affect your funds. You can manage trading authority and use available stop controls, subject to execution delays.

3. Device information, cookies and analytics

Infrastructure logs may include IP addresses, requests, timestamps, browser information, referrers and errors. Cookies and browser storage support authentication and shared language and theme preferences across BanZhuan.AI services. Pages load Google Analytics, which may process usage information and analytics identifiers. Browser controls can restrict cookies or clear local data, potentially affecting functionality; they do not erase server records.

4. Purposes and legal grounds

We use information for access, credits, instructions, research, authorized trading, records and support. Where applicable, legal bases include contract performance for requested services; legitimate interests in operation, improvement, security, misuse investigation and dispute resolution; compliance with legal obligations; and consent where required.

5. AI processing

AI features send relevant prompts, history, strategy context and research, backtest or trading results to external model providers. Outputs and jobs may be stored with your account or wallet. Provider terms and arrangements govern their processing, retention and any model-improvement use; we do not guarantee uniform practices. Avoid submitting secrets or unnecessary personal information.

6. Recipients and public records

Information may be handled by hosting, content delivery, security, analytics, AI, authentication and trading providers for their functions. We may disclose relevant records to professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or a successor after a service transfer. Blockchain records are public and may be copied or linked by others. We cannot remove them or control independent exchanges, networks or websites.

7. International processing and security

Infrastructure includes locations in the United States, Ireland and Japan. Providers may process information elsewhere, with protections differing from your location. Transfer requirements depend on the information and jurisdictions involved. Contact us below for information about applicable transfer arrangements and safeguards. Security measures reduce risks, but no storage or transmission method guarantees security.

8. Retention

Retention depends on purpose and record type, including ongoing services, saved work, billing, security, disputes and legal requirements. Jobs and operational records may be pruned separately; no single deadline covers all information. Deletion controls affect the records described. Necessary audit records and backup copies may remain, while public blockchain records persist independently.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and withdraw consent for consent-based processing. You may separately object to processing based on legitimate interests. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Use available controls or the contact below; identity or wallet-control verification may be needed. Legal exceptions and public blockchain limitations apply. You may complain to the relevant data protection authority.

10. Age requirements and updates

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or above. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We may revise this Policy as practices or requirements change, update the date shown above and provide additional notice where required by law.
